1. How to apply?

Send us an email at info@vitaltalents.com sharing your interest. We will send you an email back requesting your current resume by email and will schedule a discovery call to further discuss your experience, preferences and goals.

2. How many years of experience is required to work abroad?

Minimum two years of nursing experience with a degree in nursing from an in-person university in Canada.

3. What countries are you currently recruiting for?

We are currently recruiting for the Saudi market.

4. Who completes DataFlow?

Vital Talents manages it on your behalf and pays all fees. You only provide required documents.

5. Who completes the Mumaris Plus?

Your Mumaris Plus account must be in your name, since it is linked to your passport, email, and later your Saudi Iqama. We guide and support you through the process.

6. Is the nursing exam required?
Yes, you must pass the Prometric/SMLE exam before the license is issued.

7. How long is the nursing license valid?
2 years, renewable via Mumaris Plus with CPD/CME requirements

8. What is required to verify ones degree is authentic.

Academic degrees/diplomas must be notarized, attested and then authenticated to obtain a Saudi visa. All in accordance with Saudi Embassy requirements.

9. How long must ones passport be valid to travel?

Candidates must hold a passport valid for at least six (6) months at the time of submission.

10. What is the typical timeline for the recruitment process?

Hospital review, interview, licensing & visa process can take 12–18 weeks (depending on hospital and authority processing times)

11. When is it recommended to resign from your current role?

We recommend our clients not resign until visa is secured on their passport.
